Upasil® 250MS is a silica gel for normal phase chromatography of large molecules. The pore size of 250A -in combination with a high specific surface area- allows a high interaction of the molecules to be separated with the silica surface.
A total surface area of about 100.000 m² per liter of column volume enables efficient separation processes.
